For contract customers, the terms outlined in your agreement will apply. Please refer to your contract for details.

- Product

We offer a 2-week return policy, which means you have 2 weeks from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, packaging should be undamaged, unmarked, and intact and product suitable for resale.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchange policy is valid for up to 3 months from the date of original purchase. However, we kindly request that the items being exchanged have a minimum of 6 months remaining shelf life at the time of the exchange request.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@megagen.com.au

 

- Education Course

- No refunds for cancellations within 1 week of the course date.

- An 80% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 2 weeks of the course date (i.e., a 20% refund).

- A full refund will be provided if the course is cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to the course date.

Please note that for events hosted or organized by MegaGen Oceania, the above refund policy applies. For MegaGen HQ events, such as international symposiums, refund policies may differ. In such cases, please contact us at au-marketing@megagen.com.au to clarify any discrepancies in advance.
