• In complicated GBR cases, wide cover cap is used to hold the resorbable membrane allowing the overcountouring of the bone graft.
• Fixation of the membrane is very important to hold the graft with implant. It is bendable to follow the contour of the bone and can be used with resorbable and nonresorbable membrane. When using non-resorbable membrane, it is recommended to use with bone tack as well.
